ClaimZero, Inc. collects information necessary to provide development risk intelligence services, including: account information (name, email, organization), project data uploaded by authorized users, and usage analytics to improve our platform.
Your data is used exclusively to deliver the ClaimZero Intelligence Platform services you have subscribed to. We do not sell, rent, or share your project data with third parties. All project data is tenant-isolated and encrypted at rest.
We employ industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, row-level security for tenant isolation, and comprehensive audit logging of all platform actions.
Project data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following cancellation. You may request data export or deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
