ClaimZero, Inc. provides the ClaimZero Intelligence Platform, an owner-side construction risk intelligence service. Access is provided on an invite-only, subscription basis.
Subscriptions are banded by project priced basis. Band at signing is the floor. Quarterly re-certification may trigger band changes. Upward changes take effect the following month; downward changes at the next quarterly period.
You retain all rights to project data uploaded to the platform. ClaimZero processes this data solely to provide intelligence services. Data is tenant-isolated with row-level security enforcement.
